INTERNATIONAL CASE LAW 

The new product provides access to the case law and doctrines established by globally recognized institutions such as the European Court of Justice in Luxembourg, International Human Rights Committee, the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg and other authorities with international influence. Significant decisions of influential national courts having a worldwide impact and establishing global precedents. Users can filter documents not only according to the relevant jurisdiction but also according to criteria as: subject – matter of the case (e.g. property right, right to association), type of procedure (action for failure to act, action for damages), type of act (decision on admissibility, judgment on the merits), nationality of the parties to the case. Depending on the working language of the corresponding jurisdiction the user may select among the available versions in Bulgarian, English and French languages.
